Chainsaw and building course for women part II
17.-19. July - Sänna küla, Rõuge vald
Last year we spent a beautiful weekend building the floor and corner beams of a wood shelter from logs that we got directly from the forest and you are invited to join our Chainsaw and Building Workshop II from the 17th of July 1pm to the 19th of July 5pm in Sänna küla, Rõuge vald to finish the building.
You will learn how to use and service a chainsaw, how to build a wooden frame from logs, how to connect logs to each other in different ways and much more.
We will finish building the walls, put in the diagonal beams for more stability and put on the roof rafters.
On Friday we will start with a chainsaw course and head to the forest to cut down and up some trees and on Saturday and Sunday we will build.
This course takes place at Simones home and she will also talk about how she built her tiny house, which started her building journey.
Accommodation will be in an ajamaja, a wooden tent or camping. All meals are included.
There are 3 different prices and you choose which one you want/can pay.
